Valerio grew up surrounded by the flavors of his mother’s kitchen, where the aroma of simmering sauces and fresh basil filled the air. As a former winemaker, he mastered the art of pairing exquisite wines with mouthwatering dishes, believing that every meal tells a story—one best savored with the perfect glass of wine. Upon arriving in Taiwan, Valerio’s dream was simple yet profound: to bring an authentic taste of Rome to the people of this beautiful island. Bella Roma opened its doors with a menu that captures the essence of Italian cuisine, featuring handmade pasta drizzled in rich sauces, mouthwatering pizzas, and delectable desserts that feel like a warm hug from nonna. Each dish is crafted with love, using the freshest local ingredients and traditional Italian recipes passed down through generations.
